Where are you guys located?

We're actually local to Salinas! We're right by the airport at the end of Moffett St, right by the Coca-Cola factory.

What's Your Address?

Our address is 1610 Moffett Street, Suite C, Salinas CA 93905. However, we are by appointment only because this is a working factory, so if you'd like to visit you first need to schedule an appointment.

Can I Stop By to See a Unit?

Yes, you can definitely stop by for a tour of the factory and ADUs. To get scheduled for that, you would first need to see if your property qualifies, as we only have a limited number of spots. Would you like me to set up that appointment?

How Much Do They Cost?

I'm just the one who sets the appointments, so I really couldn't tell you any exact number that's accurate. But, I know for a fact, that we include a free quote with the appointment.

Unfortunately, I'm just an account manager, so I don't actually have any of that information. But, the way our company works, is that we look over your property to see if you qualify first, and during that meeting you'll get an accurate quote based on what our ADU specialists find.
